Ilana was in charge of the Homestyle Birthing Rooms of Misgav Ledach Hospital, Jerusalem. She now provides holistic prenatal care, attends homebirths, and births couples in her two birthing clinics at her home on Moshav Yashresh (between Ramla and Rechovot).
