However, it is best to do all your bloodwork first through the doctor and if you want to do an organ screen then you can get referrel through kupat cholim. You can see the doctor from your kupa for the first trimester, and then switch to the midwife. You could speak first to her and ask her any questions about what tests should be done. Doctors usually do way to much ultrasound follow-up and way too little looking and hands-on and meeting your emotional needs.
