Oh my, this could have been me posting this. כותרת:
My son is the EXACT same way. He
co-sleeps in bed with me and has since birth. He awakes 2-3 times a night and I
have the horrible habit of just popping a bottle in his mouth to get him back
to sleep. (Works like a charm, btw) I KNOW this is bad sleeping habits and I am
really trying to correct it. I am cutting back on the amount of formula he
getts through the night (down to 6oz from 8oz) and I am trying to get him to
try to get him to go back to sleep without the aid of a bottle. (btw, he HATES
pacifiers)

I feel your pain. Sometimes I have to pick my son up and rock him to get him to
go back to sleep. Other times just a few pats and rubs on the back will do the
trick.

I guess I am also pleading for help! I bought Dr. Jodi Mindells book on good
sleep habits (waiting for it to be delivered) I am also thinking of puting his
unused crib right up next to my bed and try that. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.

Thanks for the opprotunity to vent.
