As far as I know, this is usually not a problem and the pregnancy, birth, and baby are fine. However, it is a good idea to do an echo-lev to make sure that the rest of the heart structures are fine. I have birthed dozens of babies like this and there were never any problems, and I don't remember any of them having other things wrong with the heart either. Good idea to do late cord clamping always, and especially in this case.
