It is very possible that what you are seeing and feeling is just the remains of poor stitching from your first episiotomy or tear. It is quite common that these little pieces of vagina that were not put together so well, get engorged during the end of pregnancy and are swollen and stick out. I have seen this many times, and they go away (back to their normal size after the birth. I have a friend who called her thing "the alien" and it disappeared after the birth. It was like the little tongue that is in the back of our throats that you see when you open your mouth wide. If it's not this, then it could be that you are seeing the prolapsed wall of the bottom of the vagina, and then you need to see a urogenital physiotherapist after the birth.
