babies usually turn head down כותרת:
Hi!
At 32 weeks it is common for babies to be breech but they will usually turn by 36 weeks, if not, ask me later about exercises to turn or going to an expert to turn. It is not uncommon these days that many women have instrumental births for their first babies, very often due to an epidural. Epidurals result in twice as many vacuum or forceps births in first births, as compared to non-epidurals. Your urge to push is taken away, and due to the relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles the babies head position is not always just right, causing malpresentations like more posterior births (star-gazing) or less flexed heads. Take a good childbirth course, don't lie down during labor, push in all kinds of positions, have a doula, get a natural-inclined midwife, go to a flexable hospital, moan instead of an epidural, and you'll probably get that sweet baby of yours out by yourself! Good luck!!
