Hi Yaeli, You must increase your protein intake as much as possible, at least l00grams a day,and check into the diet of Dr. Tom Brewer, who did extensive research into high blood pressure in pregnancy (toxemia) and found amazing improvement with a very high protein diet. He is an expert on the subject although the conventional obstetricians do not recognize his work. Search the web for the Brewer diet for pregnancy. Meanwhile eat fish, eggs, meat, chicken, turkey, cheese as much as you can. If the baby is growing all right, and your blood pressure doesn't go higher and you don't have more protein, and your other liver enzyme tests are OK, it's probably OK but keep a close watch as it can worsen as the pregnancy goes on, especially in the last two weeks. Water immersion is supposed to be good. Go to a pool and lots of baths. Salt to taste, and moderate exercise. Ilana
